Happy New Year everybody! Can you believe that it is 2015 already?! I have been thinking long and hard about my resolutions for this year and I have come up with three that I really want to stick to this time - safe to say I didn't stick to any of last years, oops. But anyway here are my three resolutions for 2015..
1. Get Fitter!
Yes, I know this is one of those cliché resolutions that everybody goes for but in my case I genuinely do need to work harder on my fitness. Although I eat healthy anyway, I need to find time to fit more exercise in and that's what I desperately want to work on. Not only will I get the added benefit of shedding a few pounds, but I'm hoping that by getting fitter it will help me have more energy in the day as I've been so tired recently. By this time next year I want to feel good about myself!
2. Concentrate on doing things I love!
For this resolution I basically just want to start enjoying more things that I love to do. One of which is of course blogging. I lost momentum with my blog last year as I found it hard to juggle a full time job and other commitments but this year I'm determined to not let that happen again! I also want to try and concentrate more on my singing as this is something really important to me.
3. Out with the negativity!
Although I am a pretty positive person in general anyway, there have been a number of situations in recent times where the negativity of other people has brought me down and made me unhappy. In 2015 I want to concentrate on getting rid of all that negativity and be more positive!
